The HRBP, under direction of the AVP HR Business Partner (North American P&C and Global Specialty Risk) is expected to be a strategic thought partner drive and implement HR practice and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and build management capability below the VP level; supports the assessment and development of talent and organization design to positively impact overall business performance and people metrics. While visible and involved in business unit projects, the position will be focused on elevating business outcomes, communication, talent planning and performance of the leaders and managers below the VP level. Under guidance of the Manager of Human Resources, the individual will also provide Employee Relations support as assigned balancing legal requirements, consistent practices, business and employee needs for integrated solutions.
