In this role you will be the BU HR Business Partner for several key Semi-Conductor business units. You will be a strategic partner, delivering value and contributing to human capability for both internal and external stakeholders. You will make change and transformation happen. You will understand workforce trends and employee sentiment and you will balance the employee and business needs and provide our leaders with objective feedback. You will also provide the foundational support to ensure that there is seamless execution on operational tasks that are transactional in nature that support the business and our employees. The essential HR competencies required to be successful as a business partner at Broadcom are: Business Acumen, Strategic Agility, Change Agility, Data Analytics, Communication, Stakeholder Management, Influencing and Courage.
