About The Position

The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to leaders and teams, aligning HR strategies with business goals across Indiana University Health. This role supports talent management, engagement, workforce planning, and leader development while driving system‑wide HR initiatives and partnering closely with HR Centers of Excellence to address regional and functional needs. The scope includes partnering closely with clinical and operational leaders, supporting evolving workforce needs, relationship building, collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence, and ensuring system-wide initiatives are implemented effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
• Experience executing HR programs and initiatives.
• Ability to guide the application of HR ‑ related regulations and laws (e.g., FLSA, COBRA, ADA, FMLA, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint).

Nice To Haves

• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Experience working in a highly matrixed and complex work environment preferred.
