The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will partner with people leaders/managers to deliver strategic HR guidance, drive talent initiatives, and implement process improvements that enhance organizational effectiveness for the Diagnostic Solutions (DS) business. The HRBP will help integrate HR analytics, reporting, and process optimization to enhance the associate experience globally. Additionally, this role will serve as the primary HR site support for the DS Sparks, Maryland headquarters to ensure we continue to optimize the resources and space to promote engagement and productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Human Resources experience including supporting client groups is required
  • Analytics and reporting experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with people leaders and managers to understand organizational goals and provide HR solutions that drive performance and engagement.
  • Engage with business leaders to proactively identify people-related issues and initiatives to help drive our talent agenda forward.
  • Help the DS HR Team implement strategies that streamline processes and enhance associate and manager experience.
  • Own and deliver associate onboarding and orientation ensuring smooth transition into the company and improving speed to productivity
  • Provide on-site HR support for employees and managers, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Deliver monthly analysis of performance against Org Health Dashboard and business KPIs.
