The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) reports to the HR Director, and partners with Executive Leadership and Field Operations to support a multi-state workforce. This role leads, trains, and supports a team of recruiters; oversees benefits administration; Workers Compensation and Unemployment claims; aids in administration of HR systems; and delivers HR analytics to support workforce and business decisions.
