As part of the talented Human Resources team, you will be responsible for cultivating partnerships with distribution & operations leaders within the Menomonee Falls, WI location to continually enhance our ability to achieve results through people. This role will promote Navico Group’s values in Menomonee Falls through human resources management - including performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, conflict management, and employee engagement. The successful candidate will actively seek information to understand employees’ circumstances, problems, expectations, & needs, and assimilate this information to apply novel ways to manage through work problems and opportunities.
