A Day in the Life of: As our Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you'll serve as a trusted HR resource for assigned departments, providing guidance and support to both employees and leaders. You'll help create a positive workplace experience by assisting with recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, engagement, and HR programs. This role offers a balance of independent work and collaboration, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while supporting the day-to-day needs of our workforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and talent management
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to balance strategic priorities with operational needs
  • Experience in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Ability to travel up to 25% based on business needs

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM/HRCI certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and leaders across assigned business units.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts.
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Foster employee engagement and retention through responsive, people-centered HR support.
  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and consistency.
  • Assist leaders with performance management and employee development.
  • Conduct stay and exit interviews to gather valuable feedback.
  • Partner with Compliance and other departments to support audits, policy adherence, and risk management activities.
  • Maintain a strong on-site presence.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on initiatives that enhance the employee experience and strengthen workplace culture.
