About The Position

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supports managers and employees of Entourage Freight Solutions and Entourage Trucking by delivering HR solutions in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. This role works closely with leadership to assess talent needs and ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR or recruitment experience.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring teams.
  • Develop recruitment strategies and attend career fairs and networking events.
  • Provide HR guidance to managers regarding employee relations, performance, and policy interpretation.
  • Support employee investigations, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Partner with leaders to identify workforce and staffing needs.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and recruitment analytics.
  • Support onboarding, training, and engagement activities.
  • Assist with benefit administration and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Support HR policy updates and implementation.
