In the role, you will play a critical part in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and addressing workforce challenges. This position requires a strategic mindset and the ability to implement effective HR solutions that support both employees and organizational goals. Requirements

3+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field
3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
3+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

Nice To Haves

5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience analyzing data and metrics to identify future organization needs
Experience working in a business environment partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders

Responsibilities

Trusted Advisor: Provide guidance to leaders and HR team members on HR policies, practices, and strategies, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
Culture Development: Promote and integrate Boeing's core Values & Behaviors within teams to enhance organizational culture.
HR Presence: Maintain an active HR presence on the manufacturing floor to facilitate real-time engagement and address immediate HR needs.
Employee Relations: Address and resolve complex employee relations issues and conflicts with professionalism and confidence.
Change Management: Lead change management and organizational design initiatives to ensure Boeing remains agile and prepared for future challenges.
Communication Facilitation: Encourage open communication and facilitate discussions to resolve workplace issues in a constructive manner.
HR Program Implementation: Oversee the deployment and administration of HR programs, policies, and practices, serving as a subject matter expert in areas such as performance management and leadership development.
Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals and effectively address workforce challenges.
Engagement with COE: Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to provide insights on HR programs in areas such as labor relations, talent management, compensation, and training.
Issue Management: Address or escalate HR Service Center employee issues as appropriate.
