OCTA is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to serve as a strategic partner to assigned business units. This position acts as the primary point of contact for a broad range of human resources activities, providing consultation, guidance, and solutions that align people strategies with organizational goals. The selected candidate may be hired at the Human Resources Business Partner or Human Resources Business Partner, Senior level based on qualifications and experience. Under general supervision (HR Business Partner) or general direction (HR Business Partner, Senior), this role partners closely with leaders and managers to address workforce challenges, implement HR initiatives, and support a high-performing, engaged workforce. The Senior level is responsible for the most complex assignments, projects, and organizational initiatives and operates with greater autonomy and strategic influence. This is an exempt position in salary grade 195 (Human Resources Business Partner): Min – $91,852.80 | Mid – $109,137.60 | Max – $126,401.60/year or in salary grade 205 (Human Resources Business Partner, Senior): Min – $101,275.20 | Mid – $120,307.20| Max – $139,339.20/year. The starting salary and classification level will be based on qualifications and experience. This posting will remain open until a candidate is selected.
