Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) is seeking a dedicated Benefits Partner to provide personalized support and guidance to our employee‑owners and their families through the SEL Healthcare Concierge Program. The Concierge Program helps members navigate healthcare decisions by identifying high‑quality, fair‑value care and, when appropriate, coordinating direct billing on a case‑by‑case basis. In this role, you will serve as a trusted benefits advisor and key liaison between employees and the healthcare industry, helping to simplify complex systems and advocate for positive outcomes. You will play an important role in delivering a seamless benefits experience through employee education, thoughtful advocacy, and strong administrative execution. As a Benefits Partner, a typical day might include the following: Support customers with benefits questions ranging from simple to complex through multiple channels, including email, phone, virtual meetings, and in‑person consultations. Provide personalized benefits and healthcare support that simplifies care navigation and empowers customers to make confident, informed choices. Serve as a trusted benefits advocate for employees across the organization, ensuring concerns are understood, addressed, and resolved with care. Support ongoing and cyclical activities, including training events, new‑employee orientation, and Open Enrollment. Conduct ongoing quality audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across benefits operations. Salary Range Data We anticipate filling this position as a Human Resources Partner $76,000 - $112,000 per year. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
