Under the guidance of the Senior Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Assistant supports a wide range of administrative and project-based functions. Key responsibilities include assisting with applicant sourcing, coordinating orientation and onboarding activities, creating and updating data analytics, maintaining personnel e‑files, communicating firm policies and procedures to employees, supporting wellness initiative and organizing social and community service initiatives. This role also provides general administrative support for various HR projects and day‑to-day operations. This position is based in the New York office. Candidates should have experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, a willingness to explore and learn new HR software applications, and familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms. The role requires a strong commitment to confidentiality, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks. Creativity in planning events and designing invitations, along with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals, is essential.
