About The Position

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong email and telephone etiquette
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Prior administrative or HR experience

Responsibilities

  • Performing administrative duties such as maintaining the employee database
  • Process, maintain, and assist in the onboarding of new employees
  • Maintaining proper records of payroll and benefit related functions
  • Managing the Applicant Tracking System process including online job postings, screening candidates and scheduling job interviews
  • Assisting the Human Resources department with additional essential business functions
