Ready to make an impact? Learn more about joining the Celldex Team today! Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team for a 4–6-month temporary role. In this position, you will serve as a vital link between our employees and our business goals, managing a wide range of HR responsibilities. From coordinating benefits enrollment and maintaining HRIS data integrity to supporting day-to-day HR operations, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive employee experience. This role will be based in our Fall River, MA office.

Requirements

  • The ability to handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Proven organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritize and work well in a fast-paced and growing environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • BS/BA, AA/AS, or High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 2+ years of administrative experience

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain electronic personnel files, employee job descriptions, and offboarding paperwork
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding by processing and tracking pre-employment and new hire tasks and paperwork
  • Maintain and track HR expenses
  • Coordinate employee recognition program
  • Prepare monthly G&A vacation spreadsheet
  • Schedule HR events, trainings, and new hire orientations
  • Maintain HR employee status and recruiting reports
  • Track employee goals in performance management system and coordinate 30-day new hire check-ins
  • Assist in coordinating performance management cycles and open enrollment
  • Assist with audits and additional HRIS reporting as needed
