About The Position

This part-time position is designed to provide administrative support during the HR Manager's maternity leave. The role focuses on handling administrative tasks for both the manager and coordinator, such as weekly payroll, assisting in the transition of employees from the current system to a new system, and managing additional administrative responsibilities and projects.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in administrative support and data entry.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll and human resources processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • An HR background is beneficial but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and quickly grasp new concepts.
  • Interest in human resources.

Nice To Haves

  • Recruitment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the HR department.
