ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a self‑motivated, results‑driven HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT to join our team on a part-time basis, Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This is a great opportunity for someone who has administrative experience in a corporate environment or supported Human Resources and is looking for a part-time, Monday through Friday role. This position is located in our Home Office in Hilliard, OH.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of corporate administrative or HR experience.
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and a broad range of web‑based and computer technologies.
  • Exhibits exceptional communication skills and strong problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
  • Willingness to work 25-28 hours per week.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Human Resources at the Home Office, creating a positive first impression for employees, applicants, and external partners.
  • Process and review employee background checks to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Initiate and verify completeness of new hire onboarding paperwork, including employment forms and policy acknowledgments.
  • Maintain accurate and organized employee records in accordance with confidentiality standards.
  • Assist in all areas of HR, including internal employee inquiries, employee events, and any other support of our 3,400+ associates nationwide.
