About The Position

As a lead program manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding numerous efforts. Your customer will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the National Security Sector, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your customer’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with HR
  • 5+ years of experience as a program manager on an HR or human capital program
  • 3+ years of experience managing geographically-dispersed HR operations
  • 2+ years of experience leading complex federal contract transitions
  • Experience building and maintaining strategic partnerships with government stakeholders, and providing and effectively communicating strategic guidance, recommendations, and executive-level briefings and reports to senior government leadership
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Management

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience working within the Intelligence Community
  • Experience implementing process optimizations using federal HR information system data analytics
  • Experience learning AI tools
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Completion of AI Training
