Position Overview We have an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about HR technology and systems to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to the Manager; HR Technology, the Human Resources Analyst will be a partner to stakeholders from across the organization to help create a people and business driven technology platform.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of HRIS experience, supplemented by a diploma in an IT-related field; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Experience working with, supporting, or delivering HRIS and/or payroll systems.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems and upgrade skills on an ongoing basis.
  • Excellent customer service, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, both technical and non-technical as well as strong project management, time management, organizational, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • SIT/UAT testing experience, coding experience nice-to-have, experience with Excel and other Microsoft Products as well as SAP SF.
  • System Configuration experience in one or more of the following systems: Successfactors (EC), Dayforce Payroll and UKG Workforce Pro.
  • Understanding of different AI concepts and key AI features offered with HR Products.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with and provide a high level of customer service to your colleagues in HR, Payroll, and the business to help build and maintain a people technology platform that meets the needs of the organization.
  • Act as the technical subject matter expert in HR technology functionality and end-user experience for all areas – HR, Payroll, Time, Performance Management, Learning & Development and Recruitment.
  • Primary contact for tier 1 and tier 2 system support; troubleshoot and resolve system problems with reporting, integrations, business processes and other configurations.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of system configurations, interdependencies, and data flows; proactively identifying and resolving any issues.
  • Participate in HR technology initiatives by assisting with business requirement gathering, business process review, project management, testing, training, documentation development, communication, and business configuration.
