About The Position

This position is contingent upon ACI’s successful award of the associated government contract. All prospective applicants will be contacted to discuss contract timelines, the process associated with hiring for this role, and award decisions progress. ACI is a Woman-Owned Small Business professional services provider of engineering and technical services to the United States Government. We seek an experienced Human Resources Analyst to serve as part of ACI’s Government Programs Team, which supports CPE ISW for IEW&S HQs SETA. As a Human Resources Analyst, you will be responsible for various Human Resources functions involving assisting the tracking of workforce training and development. archives and/or working files. Additionally, you will: Track workforce training and development. Maintain training tracking systems, analyze training needs and schedule training. Track and report on acquisition certification status. Post, track, correct, and update the Human Resources SharePoint site. Maintain awards program data and operations. Conduct database management of HR personnel sites. Handle and protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) information. Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, documents and PowerPoint presentations for recurring submissions to higher headquarters. Mains logs, records, archives and/or working files. Requirements

  • Due to the sensitive nature of this work, a US Government security clearance is required, and all applicants must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.
  • Must currently possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
  • High school diploma and 14 years of relevant experience, or
  • Associates degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of relevant experience, or
  • Masters's degree in a related field and no experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex HR data.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, Excel, and other data analysis software.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting findings and advising management.
