About The Position

24Seven Hotels is seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to manage the onboarding process and support property-level recruitment efforts. In this role, you’ll ensure all onboarding documentation is audit-ready and properly maintained in the associate files. You will conduct 30-, 60-,90-day check-ins with new hires to foster engagement and retention, while also assisting with general People, Resources & Development (PR&D) requests from operations and the department.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of HR or HR administration experience.
• Knowledge of HR processes, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with new hires and operational leaders.
• Proficiency in ADP.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and audit ready.
• Support the Recruitment Manager with property-level recruitment activities.
• Conduct 30-,60-, and 90-day check-ins with new associates to ensure engagement and retention.
• Assist with general People, Resources & Development (PR&D) requests from operations teams and the department.
• Maintain compliance with company standards and employment regulations throughout all processes.
• Welcome and assist guests visiting the office, ensuring professional and friendly experience.
