About The Position

The HR Administrator supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department by handling administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, and supporting HR programs and initiatives. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR processes, accurate documentation, and excellent service to employees and leadership.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, office administration, hiring, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

  • Some recruiting or HR background.
  • Able to learn and communicate effectively.
  • 2-5 years of administrative background, HR administration, filing, recruitment, recruiting.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience with HR systems.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records in systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process new hire paperwork, onboarding documentation, and employee changes.
  • Assist with benefits administration, enrollment changes, and employee inquiries.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and files.
  • Post job openings across various job boards and internal systems.
  • Coordinate and run interviews, candidate scheduling, and communication.
  • Conduct employment verifications, background checks, and reference checks.
  • Maintain confidential employee files and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, trainings, and company events.
