Ready to kickstart your career in Human Resources? We’re looking for an HR Administrator to join our team in Henderson. Reporting to our Regional People Centre Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for employee queries and play an important role in keeping our HR operations running smoothly. This role is all about providing high‑quality administrative support across a range of HR processes. You’ll help onboard new employees, prepare contracts and documentation, coordinate inductions, and make sure our HR systems are accurate and up to date. You’ll respond to day‑to-day HR queries, guide employees and leaders on basic policy and system questions, and escalate more complex matters when needed. You’ll also support reporting, maintain data integrity, assist with HR projects and calendar activities, and contribute to continuous improvement across the People Centre. Because you’ll be handling sensitive information, professionalism and confidentiality are essential.
