About The Position

The HR Administrator plays a critical role in supporting employees, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years in an HR setting.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software (iSolved experience a plus).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 15%.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Administer health and welfare plans, including enrollments and terminations.
  • Manage payroll changes and maintain accurate employee records in iSolved .
  • Oversee FMLA and other leave programs.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide income verifications.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers.
  • Plan and conduct orientations and mandatory staff training.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Support HR team members and adapt to changing priorities.
