About The Position

Draper, Inc. has an exciting Human Resources Administrator opportunity. Work hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Job responsibilities and minimum qualifications are listed below.

Requirements

  • 2 years of HR experience
  • Strong computer, communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Self-motivated.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates employment related activities such as new hire paperwork completion, coordinating onboarding processes, conducting reference checks, administering job postings, participating in job fairs, and scheduling pre-employment background checks & drug screens.
  • Support training efforts (records, documents, coordination, etc.).
  • Employee communications and postings.
  • Employee relations with "on the floor" presence. Serves as a point of contact to answer general HR-related inquiries or provides direction to the appropriate person.
  • Projects including developing and documenting all job descriptions in a common format.
  • Works closely with HR team on evaluating and making recommendations for potential improvements to recruiting and onboarding processes.
  • Assists other HR team members with the completion of recurring and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Special events including flu shots, blood draws, employee activities and award program administration.
