Dominion Energy seeks an Human Resources Administrator- HRBE to join our Human Resources Team. This position will be filled at the level commensurate with the successful candidate's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The Business Performance Analyst has the following primary responsibilities: This role involves: performing moderately complex administrative and analytical tasks, contributing to the effectiveness of HR operations through data management, reporting, and collaboration with HR teams and leadership. Perform a full range of administrative duties to support HR functions, including data entry, report generation, and document management. Collaborate with HR management and staff to identify and address human resources needs and process improvements. Conduct research, compile and analyze HR-related data to support programs and policy development. Conducts a variety of routine to moderately complex HR issues and initiatives to ensure accuracy and compliance. Responsible for understanding various HR processes, researching issues and questions, and communicating the resolution. Respond to requests for compensation data to support business presentations and decision-making. Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports using varied data sources and formats; perform basic analysis and quality reviews. Provide ongoing support to HR Business Partners, including creating position numbers, revising job summaries, and assisting with onboarding processes. Assist with the resolution of HR ServiceNow tickets. Resolve discrepancies and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across administrative and professional levels. Utilize HR systems and related technology to enter, store, and retrieve employee information and generate reports.
