About The Position

In this challenging work environment, we need someone to bolster our associates’ spirits. Think you're up to the challenge? The HR Administrative Assistant is a key player in supporting the day-to-day HR operations of the hotel. From supporting their fellow associates to carrying out administrative duties, the HR Assistant does it all.

Requirements

  • At least 1 years’ experience working in human resources is a plus, but not required.
  • strong communication skills
  • the ability to work with members at all levels of the organization
  • someone who is able to embody and exemplify company culture

Responsibilities

  • Administrative tasks such as filing, ordering supplies, issues parking key cards and more.
  • Assist in the recruiting, screening and interviewing for all non-management hotel positions.
  • Complete payroll and d istribute paychecks as needed.
  • Assist with all other duties as assigned.
