About The Position

As an HR Account Manager, you will be a trusted partner to our clients, helping them navigate the full spectrum of human resources needs. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is approachable, detail-oriented, and energized by collaboration. You’ll combine technical HR expertise with strong relationship-building skills to deliver thoughtful, practical solutions that support both employees and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field desired but not required; additional relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • PHR, SPHR, or CCP certification highly desired
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Understanding of compensation, including experience with benchmarking, salary surveys, bonus plans, gap analysis, banding, rewards, strategic HR, and retention initiatives
  • Experience providing HR services to federal government contractors
  • Proven experience designing and implementing organization-wide HR systems aligned with business goals
  • Ability to provide executive-level coaching and guidance on performance management, career development, employee relations, leadership development, and succession planning
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, rapport, and long-term relationships
  • High level of discretion, sound judgment, and commitment to confidentiality
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of federal and state HR compliance, including FLSA, FMLA, OFCCP, COBRA, and USERRA
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Administer salary programs, job evaluations, performance appraisals, merit increases, incentive plans, and employee benefits, including life, health, disability insurance, and retirement plans
  • Partner closely with clients to ensure HR programs align with business strategies and organizational goals
  • Leverage integrated HR and management processes to drive accountability, continuous improvement, and positive outcomes
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs tailored to client needs
  • Conduct engaging new hire orientations, both in person and via web conference
  • Provide guidance on HR best practices and support organizational development initiatives
  • Serve as a collaborative, responsive point of contact for clients, employees, and internal teams
