About The Position

Human Touch Home HealthCare has served communities for over 27 years across Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, and Pennsylvania , providing skilled and non-skilled home health services. We are committed to compassionate, patient-centered care delivered in the home. We are seeking a reliable Human Resources professional who is a self-starter, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role supports daily human resources operations and general office functions.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 year HR experience
  • Scheduling experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Human Resources experience preferred
  • Home care or healthcare experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct new hire orientations and collect onboarding documentation
  • Maintain employee records and electronic filing systems
  • Track HR actions, reports, and documentation
  • Handle inbound and outbound client and caregiver calls
  • Provide data entry and clerical support
  • Assist with scheduling and office operations
  • Support additional HR-related duties as needed
