This role is responsible for managing the daily administrative functions of the HR office, including benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, and payroll. The manager will execute and refine recruiting and staffing initiatives, research and address employment-related concerns, and ensure compliance with company HR policies. They will also manage and coordinate training for Distribution and/or Transportation associates, including new hire orientation, CBL modules, and web-based training. The position involves supervising and developing associates and leaders, building relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting a culture of belonging and continuous learning. The manager will act with integrity, uphold Walmart values, and contribute to the company's goal of becoming a regenerative company. They will also focus on serving customers by delivering results, making data-driven decisions, and striving for excellence through continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies.
