About The Position

As the HR Manager at Computronix, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both the business and its employees. This position involves a blend of day-to-day guidance and ownership of HR programs, requiring a proactive approach to planned work and emergent situations. You will act as a Business Partner, consulting with leaders on people, leadership, and organizational matters, and providing front-line HR support. Additionally, you will oversee HR Programs and Operations, ensuring core HR programs and processes function effectively, are up-to-date, and are applied consistently. This includes administering compensation, benefits, and performance management, as well as developing and improving HR programs and policies. A significant aspect of the role involves Employee Relations and Leadership Support, where you will coach employees through performance challenges, support conflict resolution, advise on disciplinary actions, and assist employees and leaders during difficult times. The role also supports recruitment efforts and requires the consistent application of company values and principles. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing HR programs and practices, contributing to organizational planning, and innovating processes to improve clarity in roles, policies, and practices. This position requires a steady and practical approach, balancing empathy with accountability, and making fair, practical decisions aligned with the organization's long-term health. You will own both the human and operational sides of HR, ensuring employee support and well-functioning processes.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with Directors, supervisors, and managers by providing advice and guidance on people, leadership, and organizational matters
  • Provide front-line HR support and contribute HR perspective in leadership discussions
  • Support workforce planning, succession discussions, and HR initiatives planning
  • Create and deliver presentations for various corporate trainings and initiatives
  • Support and administer core HR programs including compensation, benefits, and performance management
  • Assist in the development and improvement of HR programs, policies, and tools and promote their adoption
  • Maintain HR policies and procedures and support compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Partner with managers to coach employees through performance challenges and support growth and accountability
  • Support conflict resolution, investigations, and sensitive workplace situations
  • Advise on disciplinary actions and terminations, balancing company risk and respect for people
  • Support employees and leaders during challenging personal or work-related situations
  • Apply corporate values, principles, and philosophy in all HR work and interactions
  • Be instrumental in the development of HR programs and practices across the organization
  • Contribute to HR initiatives and longer-term organizational planning
  • Innovate and improve processes and support clarity in roles, policies, and practices
