About The Position

At Allied Roofing Partners, our HR team is more than a support function — we are strategic partners who help our companies build strong teams, solve complex people challenges, and create workplaces where employees genuinely enjoy coming to work. As our organization continues to grow across the country, the HR Manager plays an important role in supporting leaders and employees across multiple locations. This position is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys taking ownership of their work, thinking proactively, and bringing solutions to the table. We’re looking for someone who can step into a fast-moving environment, confidently manage a variety of HR responsibilities, and operate with initiative while collaborating closely with our leadership team. Our HR department is known for being energetic, supportive, and just a little bit quirky — we work hard, solve problems quickly, and genuinely enjoy building great workplaces together. If you are someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, values professionalism but also enjoys being part of a team that has fun while getting things done, you’ll fit right in here.
