ECoVets Veterinary Specialists & ER is seeking an experienced, people-focused Human Resources Hospital Manager to join our growing specialty and emergency veterinary hospital. Requirements
- Previous professional veterinary management and HR experience
- Employee-relations and conflict-resolution experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee retention
- Knowledge of federal and Florida employment regulations
