About The Position

We currently have an opportunity for a 2026 Summer Intern at OSG in our Carol Stream, IL facility. This is a compensated internship with no health benefits or paid holidays/ vacation time and will run through the summer months of May – August. Job Title: Position: Temporary, 30 hours/week Work Location: Carol Stream, IL - In Person

Requirements

GPA requirement: 3.0 GPA or higher
Working towards Bachelor’s/Master’s degree program in Human Resources.
Intellectually curious with a passion for learning.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail.
Ambitious and capable of working independently
Proactive attitude towards professional development.

Responsibilities

Assist in updating and maintaining HR documents, policies, and employee records.
Develop onboarding program for new hires
Maintain a well-organized and efficient central storage system for employee files
Support with new HRIS system rollout
Assist with performance management data collection and data input
Work with OSG’s Employee Engagement team with summer event planning
