Nightwing is looking for a future Human Resource (HR) professional to participate in an internship focused on building HR functional knowledge, business acumen and leadership skills while obtaining broad exposure to numerous HR functions. The internship is designed to engage participants in meaningful work that is directly connected to meeting business objectives. The intern will work collaboratively across HR functions and teams to provide high-impact HR solutions and partner with managers to execute critical HR processes that enable business success. The HR internship offers a comprehensive onboarding and peer mentoring program along with formal and just-in-time learning and development. Interns will be coached on how to establish trusted relationships with their stakeholders through collaboration, effective communication and partnering skills. Throughout the duration of the internship, interns will have the opportunity to work on a project sponsored by HR leadership. This position is a hybrid role.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be positioned to obtain their bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Human Resources, Organizational Performance, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Industrial and Labor Relations, Organizational Behavior, or other HR related field.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment
