About The Position

Our hands-on internship provides the opportunity to partner closely with the HR team and gain experience in areas such as talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, and HR operations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development or similar Business Field
• Must rising Junior or Senior
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities proficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs.
• Participate and support in formal and informal training opportunities
• Contribute to projects supporting the Centers of Excellence (COE). Potential project areas include: Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, HR Operations, and Employee Relations
• Perform general duties to support the HR team’s daily operations and/or special projects.
• Network and learn about multiple functions (Corporate Functions and Manufacturing)
