This role ensures team performance, resource utilization, and operational outcomes align with strategic priorities. The manager leads and manages IS&T staff to support the strategic and operational goals of UCHealth, focusing on driving operational efficiency and quality through measurable metrics, while applying industry insight and technical expertise to enhance service value. The manager fosters strong relationships across UCHealth and with key stakeholders, building a deep understanding of business needs and positioning IS&T as a trusted partner. Responsibilities include overseeing workload and process improvements using established PMO tools, effectively allocating resources, and ensuring team members have the skills and development opportunities needed to succeed. The role also emphasizes ongoing performance management, goal setting, and coaching to support both individual and team performance.
