Requirements

Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Information Systems or related field
Must be authorized to work in the US.
Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher

Responsibilities

Provide end-user support and technical assistance to business users across the organization for Workday HRIS modules, troubleshooting issues and maintaining system integrity.
Participate in the full configuration lifecycle by designing, building, testing, and migrating Workday solutions from non-production environments into production to align with business requirements.
Develop custom reports, analyze HR datasets, and translate business questions into actionable workforce metrics and insights using Workday data tools.
Analyze existing HR departmental processes and Workday workflows to recommend and implement continuous improvements and maintain clear documentation.
Embedding directly with a team that treats AI as a core collaborator. You will gain hands-on experience using and developing intelligent systems to deliver real-world business impact
