The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, leave administration, benefits support, payroll support, compliance, training, policy enforcement, and HR program administration. This position partners with site leadership, employees, and HR leadership to support business needs while ensuring HR practices are administered consistently, professionally, and in compliance with company policy and applicable employment laws. The Human Resources Generalist serves as a resource to employees and leadership by supporting HR processes, responding to employment-related inquiries, assisting with investigations and corrective actions, maintaining HR documentation, and promoting a positive and compliant workplace environment.
