About The Position

Robinson Aviation (RVA), Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join their team of qualified, diverse individuals. The selected candidate will be seated in the Oklahoma City corporate headquarters office, as telework is not available for this position. This role is responsible for the administration of the company’s drug and alcohol program, employee onboarding/offboarding processes, and enforcing company training policies and practices.

  • Proficiency HRIS/ERP system Deltek Costpoint or ability to learn quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required or three years of human resource experience in lieu of.
  • At least one year of human resource experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Human resource compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding government contracting.
  • DER (Designated Employer Representative) Certification (If you do not have This Certification you will be required to get your DER within the first 2 months of Employment).

Responsibilities

  • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
  • Inputs and records new hires, terminations, and promotion/role changes into software system.
  • Handles pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing program in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company non-DOT policies.
  • Maintains and files employee records in compliance with all federal regulations.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
