About The Position

The Human Resource Generalist role requires an Associate's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with two years of experience in human resources. The position demands exceptional customer service, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to relate to individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, adaptable to a changing environment, possess sound judgment and problem-solving skills, and be well-organized with a high attention to detail. A valid and acceptable NYS driver's license is required, and travel is necessary for this role. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Requirements

Associate's Degree in Human Resources/Related field
Two years of experience in human resources
Demonstrated computer literacy with database systems, MS Office Suite and other computer and web-based software
Ability to provide/exhibit/demonstrate exceptional customer service
Ability to exhibit/demonstrate verbal/written communication skills to internal/external customers
Ability to demonstrate ability to relate with individuals with disabilities
Must be self-directed
Ability to work in a changing environment with flexibility
Ability to utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
Must be well-organized with high attention to detail
Valid and acceptable NYS driver's license per organization policies, practices, procedures
