About The Position

Performs Human Resource functions for Tulsa-based employees and remote Technical Services field employees across multiple states

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of Human Resources experience in a generalist or HR operations capacity.
  • Working knowledge of employment law, payroll processes, benefits administration, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in HRIS and payroll-related processes.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build trust across office and field teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting ISO 9001 certified environments or working within structured quality management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as first-line HR support for Tulsa office employees and remote field personnel
  • Provide timely guidance on policies, procedures, benefits, payroll, and employment matters
  • Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate resolutions
  • Partner with managers to reinforce expectations, accountability, and performance standards
  • Support conflict resolution with practical, business-focused solutions
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies across office and field environments
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, particularly in multi-state operations
  • Manage employee documentation and maintain accurate HRIS records
  • Support audits and reporting requirements as needed
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for office and remote employees
  • Ensure new hires are properly integrated, equipped, and aligned with company standards
  • Support performance management processes, including documentation and corrective actions
  • Assist with workforce planning, promotions, transfers, and organizational changes
  • Serve as liaison for benefits questions and enrollment processes
  • Coordinate with payroll to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate processing
  • Support leave administration, including FMLA and other statutory or company-provided leave programs
  • Maintain consistent communication with remote Technical Services employees
  • Provide HR support tailored to field operations, including travel, scheduling, and site-related concerns
  • Reinforce company culture and expectations across geographically dispersed teams
  • Partner with operations leadership to address workforce trends and retention risks
  • Other duties as assigned.
