The HR Generalist – Multi‑State Shared Services supports day‑to‑day human resources operations across multiple states within a centralized HR shared services model. This role works closely with HR leadership, business leaders, and employees to help deliver consistent HR support, administer HR programs, and support compliance with federal and state employment laws. The HR Generalist is responsible for a broader scope of HR activities, including employee relations support, benefits and leave administration, onboarding, compliance support, HR systems maintenance, and participation in HR projects. This role also supports HR cases and ongoing employee lifecycle activities with guidance from HR leadership and serves as a consistent HR resource for assigned employee groups. This role is well‑suited for an HR professional looking to continue developing generalist skills while gaining exposure to multi‑state HR operations.
