PURPOSE: To facilitate all HR functions and programs at the plant location and managed services accounts. JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at the plant location and managed services accounts. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including recruitment, record-keeping, payroll, file maintenance and HRIS entry.
