About The Position

This role involves supporting the Human Resources department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee communication. A key aspect of this position is providing bilingual support, acting as an interpreter in meetings and counseling sessions to ensure clear communication. The role also includes administrative tasks such as typing and filing, managing the recruitment process from sourcing to offering, and preparing new hire packages. The Human Resource Clerk will also be involved in community outreach, attending job fairs, and gaining knowledge of HR systems like UKG and Hurricane.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required for interpretation and translation.
  • Experience with job boards, social networks, and recruitment platforms.
  • Proficiency in typing and filing.
  • Experience in screening applications, qualifying, interviewing, and managing candidates.
  • Ability to schedule and conduct interviews and company orientations.
  • Skills in community outreach for recruitment.
  • Ability to follow up on interview processes and applicant status.
  • Willingness to train and gain working knowledge of UKG and Hurricane HR systems.
  • Ability to identify recruiting sources and methods.
  • Experience preparing employment packages for new hires.
  • Willingness to attend Job Fairs.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Human Resources in recruiting, orientation, and the onboarding process.
  • Assist in employee plant meetings and counseling sessions as an interpreter to ensure clear, concise communication and assist with any clarification necessary.
  • Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
  • Typing and filing as required.
  • Screening applications and prospects, qualifying, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with the final offer.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews.
  • Schedule and conduct Company Orientations.
  • Community outreach for recruitment purposes.
  • Translating and Interpretation.
  • Follow up on interview process and applicant status.
  • Training with HR to have working knowledge of UKG and Hurricane.
  • Identify recruiting sources and methods to attract new talent.
  • Prepare commencement of employment packages for new hires.
  • Attend Job Fairs with HR representative to foster communication and marketing.
