As this HRBP at Restek, you'll be embedded in the heart of our manufacturing and operations teams, influencing how leaders lead, how teams perform, and how employees experience their careers. You won't be executing someone else's playbook — you'll help write it. From coaching frontline leaders through complexity to building the strategies that keep people engaged and growing, your fingerprints will be on the employee experience at every level. In an organization where every employee is also an owner, the work you do here carries weight — and people will feel it. At Restek, our people are our greatest strength.
