About The Position
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will serve as an advisor to local management levels and departments, acting as the primary point of contact. The HRBP will provide guidance on HR policy, assist in the implementation of HR processes, and support leadership-related challenges and team development at a local level. This role is responsible for partnering with managers to drive business success through the implementation of effective HR activities in collaboration with Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
Requirements
- 7+ years of HR experience.
- Experience with HR strategy execution and business partnering.
- Stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and employee relations.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or HRIS systems is desirable.
- Strong data analytics and HR metrics experience is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide coaching to leaders on Talent Management/performance management and employee relations.
- Support workforce planning and cost management (drive execution).
- Track HR KPIs and analyze workforce data.
- Drive HR processes (performance, learning, talent development).
- Advise managers on HR policies, legal matters.
- Manage employee/labor relations.
- Collaboration with HR stakeholders (CoEs, HR Ops, regional HR).
