The Human Resource Business Partner will interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations. This role will lead HR-related policy setup, process optimization, and ensure compliance through internal and external audits. The HRBP will act as a liaison between US and Corporate, providing insights on HR findings and issues, continuous improvement recommendations, and regular HR reports. They will partner with operations leaders to align HR with business strategies, providing professional suggestions to drive team performance improvement. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR data to evaluate labor efficiency, training effectiveness, and cost savings across all departments using HRIS system, R, Python, and MATLAB Neural Network Engine. Maintaining, updating, and optimizing the HRIS system to meet strategic needs, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness is also a key responsibility. The HRBP will manage personnel records related to hiring, promotions, transfers, and terminations using HRIS and ADP. They will also hire, interview, and evaluate job applicants, performing searches through databases, networks, referrals, and job fairs. Managing and executing full-cycle recruitment, including resource planning with operations, multi-channel talent acquisition, onboarding, and orientation programs is crucial. The role includes selecting, developing, and managing operations talents; leading succession planning and talent pipeline development; and coaching and advising managers on employee development. Addressing employee relations issues, conducting internal investigations, resolving complaints, and establishing efficient communication channels within teams are also part of the duties. Conducting exit interviews, ensuring compliance with termination paperwork, and updating HR records accordingly are required. The HRBP will manage the performance management process to ensure alignment of company strategy and objectives at all organizational levels. They will provide management with training and information related to interviewing, appraisals, counseling techniques, and documentation of performance issues. Developing and implementing recruiting and retention strategies to meet current and future staffing needs is essential. The role involves making annual personnel cost budgets based on resource planning; monitoring actual monthly costs and providing detailed labor cost analysis and reporting using ADP and data analysis tools. Conducting annual total reward benchmarking to evaluate company competitiveness both locally and within the industry is also a responsibility. Administering payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery through ADP, and managing all benefits programs, including annual renewal and negotiation, revising plan structures, optimizing open enrollment, and benefit reconciliation are key tasks. The HRBP will review and evaluate applicant qualifications, conduct reference and background checks, and assess eligibility against established standards. Conferring with management to develop and implement personnel policies and providing HR guidance for organizational planning, and coordinating with staffing agencies to secure temporary employees as needed are also part of the role. Evaluating recruitment and selection criteria to ensure conformance with standards and researching and recommending improvements to testing and assessment techniques are required. The HRBP will work closely with legal teams and external law firms for immigration and visa matters, prepare necessary documentation, and maintain secure records. Leading HR-related internal or external audits to ensure compliance with laws and company standards is also a responsibility.
