About The Position

Alsos Behavioral Health is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Business Partner to support facility leaders and employees while maintaining a dependable HR operation in a residential behavioral health setting. The company provides Medicaid and safety-net substance use disorder care and is building a scalable residential addiction-treatment platform. The HRBP reports to the Facility CEO, with a dotted-line relationship to the Senior HR Director, and has no direct reports. The role supports staffing, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, engagement, and HR administration. It also coordinates recurring business-office work and Payroll handoffs, and serves as the facility IT liaison for authorized equipment, account-access requests, and support coordination. The position is full-time, exempt, and fully on-site during standard business hours, with flexibility to respond to facility needs. Success includes understanding staffing and HR risks within the first three months and establishing dependable follow-through in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. By six months, the role is expected to help improve staffing processes, onboarding, personnel-file readiness, and manager follow-through against agreed facility baselines.
