About The Position

This role involves a variety of administrative and HR support tasks. Key responsibilities include managing incoming calls, assisting with the recruitment process, maintaining employee files, and supporting office staff. The position requires attention to detail in managing credentials, timesheets, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of home care experience.
  • Clean criminal background.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Verify credentials are valid and current.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling new applicants for the application process.
  • Attend job fairs and organize hiring events for employee recruitment.
  • Replenish company forms and prepare admit packets for nurses.
  • Receive and verify clock ins and original field staff timesheets.
  • Check office supplies and prepare lists of supplies to reorder.
  • Assist office staff as needed.
  • Maintain Active & Inactive employee files, including reviewing and updating expired credentials.
  • Prepare credential cards for non-compliant employees.
  • Notify schedulers of non-compliant employees.
  • Log updated credentials in the system.
  • File updated credentials in employee files.
  • Review and audit employee files to ensure proper organization.
  • Maintain department filing systems accurately and confidentially.
  • Maintain employee file cabinets in alphabetical order for active employees and by county for inactive employees.
  • File client timesheets in client binders monthly after auditing.
  • Assist schedulers with client filing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
