About The Position

The Human Resources Associate Rotation Program (HRARP) at Fidelity Investments is designed to build an environment where associates can perform their best and make an impact on different aspects of Human Resources. The program offers four, six-month rotations highlighting different HR functions such as talent acquisition, compensation, HR business partner support, and associate experience, with the possibility of other rotations. This program aims to accelerate development through rotational assignments, supplemental training, project-based work, and structured, hands-on learning. Upon completion, participants will have the necessary experience and skills to tackle a role in HR that aligns with their interests, qualifications, and the company's needs.

Requirements

  • College graduation date between December 2026 - May 2027
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, management, organizational behavior, psychology or related field
  • Strong career interest in human resources
